The process of scheduling and conducting phone screens and interviews is very manual and time consuming. In high-volume environments with high turnover, this creates tremendous inefficiencies and cost burden.. InterviewPlus allows employers to very simply conduct phone screens by inviting candidates via an email to answer predefined questions. Our two initial primary markets are call centers and staffing organizations. There are over 5,000 outsourced call center companies in the US, and at least another 30,000 companies that have their own internal call centers. They conduct at least 6 million phone screens annually. This represents a $150M+ revenue opportunity to Toomah. The staffing market is estimated to be at least this large. Adding future verticals, this is a $500M+ market.
-The candidate then uses their phone to voice-record their responses and submit them through the web.
-Employers can access these audio files "on-demand", then quickly and efficiently make decisions regarding candidate eligibility.
-The net result is a 30-60% reduction in time and cost.
